Happy New Year, and welcome to Cake Pop Wars!
It's a new day, a new year, and a new blog. That's right, a new blog about everything cake pops, and the wacky lives of the bakers who dare to make them.
Now, I am not a writer neither do I pretend to be one here. I simply want to talk about cake pops and the many challenges of making them.
The idea for this blog came to me when I had an order to fill in 6 hours and every last cake pop I coated began to crack. I mean I basically started crying. I rushed online in search of a way to prevent them from cracking, but the information I found was vague and often scattered.
So after months of trials, errors, and "creative ways to decorate over my cracks" I decided to begin blogging about the other side of making cake pops. You bakers know exactly what I'm talking about.
So on Cake Pop Wars, you will have an opportunity to share your stories as well as tricks, ideas, recipes etc... on everything cake pops! There will also be contests with cool prizes and giveaways! So Email me your crazy cake pop stories, videos/photos, and each week I will post the funniest story on my blog. This should be good!!!! (rubbing hands together and raising eyebrows)
Happy Cake Popp'n
Fabiola .
